Mama + Mini Yoga
We’re rolling out our yoga mats (and let’s be honest, probably some fruit snacks too) for our very first Mama + Mini Yoga with the amazing Nealy Oltman on Friday, October 17th at 10 AM!
Think of it as yoga… but with tiny humans climbing on you. Whether your little one decides to be your yoga partner or your yoga prop, we’re here for it.
$15 includes:
A guided class with Nealy
Coffee + chat time after (because caffeine is basically our savasana)
A play area for the littles to burn off energy while you sip + connect
This is our first attempt at Mama + Mini Yoga, so come be part of the experiment—we promise it’ll be equal parts stretching, laughing, and mom-friend magic.
