Our Rental Process
Reservation Requests:
Please add the items you would like to reserve to your cart and complete the checkout process. After you submit your reservation request, our team will confirm the availability of your selections on your preferred date, then you will receive an email confirming your reservation.
Discounted Bundles:
We want to ensure you find the right products to fit your event! Based on our experience as parents and event coordinators, we offer convenient preset Bundles and Collections. We would also love to curate a customized package for you based on your specific event needs (number of people, age range, your home/event space, theme, etc). Please feel free to text us at 626-232-1401 or fill out the Contact form and we will work with you to create a discounted, customized bundle.
Deposits:
We require a 50% deposit to secure your requested items for your event date; the remaining balance is due 3 days before the event. Upon checkout, we will automatically calculate the 50% deposit amount due upon reservation. We will send you an invoice later for the remaining balance.
