Yes! Our rentals can be set up both indoors and outdoors on a variety of flat surfaces. Whether you're hosting at home or a venue, we'll help create the perfect setup for your space.

Absolutely! All of our rental packages include delivery, full install, teardown, and thorough cleaning.

All of our equipment meets safety standards. We provide foam flooring, fencing, and weight + age guidelines to ensure a safe play environment. We also give clear setup and safety instructions.

Yes! Every piece of equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every event using kid-safe, non-toxic products.

Our standard rental time is 4 hours including setup. Additional time can be added per hour for an additional fee.

The earlier, the better! We recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and equipment, especially during busy spring and summer weekends!

Safety first! If you’re hosting an outdoor event and inclement weather is expected, we can reschedule or move the setup indoors if space allows. We’ll work with you to find the best solution!

Our rentals are unattended. Adult supervision is required at all times to ensure children’s safety!

Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before the event. Full details will be included in your booking confirmation.

Sorry, grown-ups! Our equipment is designed for kiddos only. Adults are welcome to help their children but should avoid jumping or playing in soft play areas.
